Continue with my review of iPhone photo apps (see also shakeit and hipstamatic), this time is Cross Process (from the creator of ShakeIt app).  As a big fan of ShakeIt, I fell in love with Cross Process instantly (thanks for the introduction, Joy!).  I like that the picture is bigger (not in square format) and the process gives just the right amount of brightness/contrast to give the images a professional look.

Name: Cross Process

Pros: bigger images, white borders, right amount of brightness/contrast (be sure to play around with the settings and see what works for you), images look professional.

Cons: can’t think of any.

Ashlyn and Heather are the two creative ladies behind Carter & Cook Events Co., a boutique event company located in San Diego.  I’ve always wanted to photograph them ever since we met early this year (as a photographer, there’s always someone you encounter that would give you an urge to photograph them).  So, no doubt, it was such a pleasure when we met up in Downtown LA for their portraits.  For this shoot, I wanted to have lots of movement, very raw, almost imperfect.  I especially love the black and whites.
